Pricing

Clear prices. Agreed before we start.

For the right idea

Partner with us

For ideas people clearly want, we may build for a share of the business.

A share of the business

Instead of all or part of the fee

  • For ideas with clear demand
  • You bring the know-how and the contacts
  • We look at the business case together first
  • Who owns what, agreed in writing
Ask about partnering

Founding clients: 20% off your full build. Our first three clients get 20% off in return for an honest review and permission to share the project as a case study.

Dollar and euro prices are set by us, not converted daily. Pulseni is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

How it works

No surprises, from first call to launch.

  1. A free 30-minute call

Tell us the problem and who has it. No cost and no commitment.

  2. One fixed price, in writing

You get a written proposal: what we build, the price, the timeline and who owns what.

  3. Pay in stages

A deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones, by bank transfer. You see it working before each payment.

  4. A proper UK contract

Our contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales, wherever you are.

Pricing questions

Questions about cost.

Why give a range instead of one price?

Every product is different. After a free 30-minute call and a closer look at what you need, we give you one fixed price in writing. That is the price you pay.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide, by video call and email, and invoice in pounds, US dollars or euros. Contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales.

What happens to the prototype if I don't go ahead?

It's yours to keep, along with the plan and the quote. Many people use it to show customers or investors before deciding.

Do you add VAT?

No. Pulseni is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. If that changes, we will tell you before you agree a price.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, in stages: a deposit to start, then payments at the milestones we agree in your contract. You always see working progress before the next payment.

What happens if I want changes during the build?

Small adjustments are part of the work. If you want something new that wasn't agreed, we tell you the cost and the effect on the timeline first, and nothing changes until you say yes.

What happens after the 30 days of bug fixes?

You can carry on without us, or we can agree ongoing support and new features. Either way, you decide.

Can I pay partly with a share of the business?

For selected ideas with clear demand, yes. We look at the problem, the customers and the business case together before agreeing a share in writing.
