How the two weeks work
- Day 1: the problem. A one-hour video call about the problem, who has it, and how it's done today.
- Days 2 to 5: the screens. We design the key screens around the one job your product must do, and check them with you.
- Days 6 to 9: the prototype. The screens become a clickable prototype you can share with a link. You show it to a few people who have the problem.
- Day 10: the plan. We go through what people said, agree the first version, and you get the plan and a fixed quote.
Who it's for
Experts and business owners with an idea for software who want to see it, and test it with real customers, before spending £12,000 or more on a full build. You don't need a technical background. You need to know the problem and the people who have it.
Questions
Is the prototype working software?
It looks and clicks like the real thing, so customers can try it and tell you what they think, but it isn't the finished product. It's for testing the idea before you pay for the full build.
Do I own the prototype?
Yes. The prototype, the plan and the quote are yours to keep, whatever you decide.
What if I go ahead with the full build?
The prototype price is taken off the full build price, so you don't pay twice.
Can you do this if I'm not in the UK?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide by video call and email, and invoice in pounds, US dollars or euros.
What do you need from me?
An hour for the first call, a few people who have the problem and could try the prototype, and quick feedback during the two weeks.
