Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains how Pulseni handles personal information on this website (pulseni.com) and how our apps handle it.
Who we are
Pulseni is a software studio based in the United Kingdom. For anything about your privacy, email hello@pulseni.com.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies.
The site is hosted by GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address when you visit, to keep the service secure and working. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
If you send us your idea or email us
If you use the form at pulseni.com/start, your answers (your name, what you do, your idea, how you'd like to work with us, and how to reach you) are sent through Formspree, a form service that delivers them to our inbox. The form only contacts Formspree when you press Send. See the Formspree privacy policy.
Whether you use the form or email us, we use what you send only to reply and to discuss your idea with you. We keep it for as long as that conversation needs and then delete it. We never sell it or use it for marketing.
Our apps
Each app has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what it collects and why.
- Invoice Drop: invoicedrop.pulseni.com/privacy. In short: the app works fully without an account, keeping your invoices on your iPhone. If you choose to create an account, your invoices are backed up to your private account so you can use them on another device. Invoice Drop does not track you or sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email hello@pulseni.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
